Safety

Everyone should be able to create and play Jams without harassment, exploitation or abuse. We combine automated safety checks with trained human moderators and clear community standards described in our Terms of Service.

Prompts, generated Jams, published Jams, comments and profiles may pass automated safety checks before they are visible. Content that is flagged but not clearly violating may go to a human review queue.

Moderators prioritise severe harm — especially child-safety reports — and may hide, remove or restrict content quickly while a review is in progress.

Anyone — signed in or not — can report a Jam, comment or profile using the report button. Please include accurate details so moderators can act quickly.

Misuse of reporting (false or bad-faith reports) may itself result in enforcement action.

Depending on severity and history, we may:

• Remove or hide content
• Limit distribution in feeds or search
• Issue warnings or temporary feature restrictions
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Refer serious matters to law enforcement where appropriate

Creators are notified when action is taken on their content where practical and permitted by law.

If you believe moderation action was taken in error, you may appeal through the product flow or by contacting safety@jambli.app. Include the content link, action taken and why you believe the decision should be reversed.

Accounts require a minimum age of 13. Creators aged 13–17 receive additional content protections on what they can see and publish. Parents and guardians should supervise younger teens’ use of social products.

Child-safety reports are prioritised. If you encounter content that exploits or endangers children, report it immediately.
